Senate President Bukola Saraki has visited Chief Olusegun Obasanjo a former President of Nigeria on Monday 13th August in a closed-door meeting, in his country home at Otta, Ogun State of Nigeria.

However, the meeting which lasted for over an hour behind the closed door, was, however, said by the Senate President to be a private visit and in fulfilment of a promise made to the former president with to his presidential library.
The Senate President, however, refused giving out details about his closed-door discussion with the former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

“Sincerely, I missed the opening of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library the last time, and I promised Baba, I must come and see the library.”
“It’s beautiful; it’s fantastic; we are proud of what he’s been able to do here, it’s excellent to see it.”
