Burna Boy Receives An Award For Performance At O2 Arena

In what can be called a great feat, Nigerian Afro-fusion artiste Damini Ogulu, a.k.a Burna Boy has received an award for his ‘Life on the Outside’ concert recently performed in London.


The artiste received the Plaque from the Academy Music Group(AMG) following the massive success of his concert held on Sunday 7th October at the Brixton Academy, 02 Arena in London where he gave an electrifying performance.

In addition to the award, Burna was commended for selling out the entire arena (which holds 4,921 people at maximum capacity), and putting up a thrilling and safe performance.

The total number of sales was vetted by Nielson- a global measurement and analytics company with the reputation of providing the most trusted statistics for markets worldwide.

The concert at the O2 Academy was the fourth stop on Burna Boy’s ‘Life on the Outside UK tour, the tour is set to move to Southampton, where he will be performing this weekend.
