Following 72 hours non-stop search and rescue for missing Argentine striker Emiliano Sala who was declared missing in the English Channel, The Guernsey police division have announced its decision to end the search for the newly signed Cardiff City striker.
It will be recalled that a small aircraft that was transporting the 28-year-old Argentine striker from Nantes, France to Cardiff, Wales, was reported to have disappeared off the radars on Monday 20th January 2019 around Guernsey, in the English Channel.
However, the search for Emiliano Sala has ended with a sign of neither Emiliano Sala nor his pilot David Ibbotson; nevertheless, both families and next of kin have been notified but circumstantial to tell if the newly Cardiff signed striker Emiliano Sala and his pilot are still alive.
