Yesterday, 13th February 2019 the Cable News Network (CNN), position its self under a line of fire, as it received numerous clapbacks from Nigerians, after tweeting an unhealthy statement about Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari and his counterpart Atiku Abubakar, ahead of February 16th Nigerian presidential elections.
According to the statement, CNN has addressed both front-runners in the forthcoming elections as ” The two old men vying to lead Nigeria, African’s youngest youth population.”
However, this did not really go down well with CNN, as many Nigerians came back crawling on CNN.
