Sports Stores Shutsdown Due To Kaepernick Ad

A Sports store in Colorado has shutdown due to low sales as a result of customers boycotting Nike and former National Football League (NFL) Quarterback Colin Kaepernick .

Sports Primetime Sports owned by Stephen Martin decided to quit sales operation revealed that sales have been 15% down for three years.

In 2016, Colin Kapernick became a prominent figure in the African American community in 2016, after his protest by a form of kneeling during the national anthem swept the country.  Although Kaepernick’s intention was to bring awareness to police brutality in America, many sports fans, like Martin, have expressed outrage toward the former 49ers quarterback.
