Nigerian Wins BNP Paribas’ DeepTech Challenge

This month has been hot for Nigerians and a piece of good news is something is loudable!

Nigerian victim of fake drugs, Adebayo Alonge has become the first African to win the DeepTech Global Challenge with his invention, a handheld nanoscanner that can ensure drug quality and detect a fake drug in real time!

Adebayo was awarded cash prize of € 100,000.

Adebayo Alonge is the CEO of RxAll. An outfit that uses artificial intelligence with the aim of building Africa’s largest digital pharmacy platform.
