Singer, Tiwa Savage has joined other celebrities who have strongly condemned the current issue of Xenophobia in South Africa.
The singer who decried the act via her Twitter page also maintained that she would no longer be performing at a festival organised by South-African owned company, DSTV scheduled to hold in Johannesburg on September, 21st.

I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. In the same vein, Burna Boy has vowed to never visit South Africa again until a lasting solution to xenophobia in the country is established.

They are not alone in this as other Nigerian celebrities, have also spoken against the ongoing violence against Nigerians in South Africa.
